For admitted candidates of the Early Bird phase, full payment of the program fee only has to be made by …., 2020 (see the “Application deadlines and details” section for more details).

For admitted candidates of the Standard phase, full payment of the program fee must be made immediately after admission (see the “Application & Enrollment Deadlines” section for more details).

The payment is made via bank transfer or visa or deposit; any bank charges or commissions must be paid by the program participant.

Program fees include:

All other expenses and fees, including optional activities available upon arrival, are the sole responsibility of the participant..

Cancellation Policy

All fees associated to the Summer Programme are non-refundable under any circumstances, except if the program you were admitted to and enrolled in happens not to be offered for a lack of participants (the minimum number of participants for a program to open is 15).

It is participants’ sole responsibility to apply for and obtain their visa (if applicable) in a timely manner. Rejection of visa application or late visa delivery are not eligible for refund.

Due to the very limited amount of slots available (maximum 36 per Summer Academy), any withdrawal from the program means that a slot is lost and prevents another participant from joining the program.
